Bog commenting is one of the easy way to improve your PR and SERP. However, you need to check whether the blog is dofolow or not, nofollow will not give you PR juice, only dofollow will provide you PR juice

not just PR, you could get a traffic to from blog commenting, blog commenting is a way to get a traffic.

Commenting on blogs is a great way to receive traffic. l actually use comment kuhana (Jason Potash Rocks) & it is a great way to build up great backlinks.

As Jason teaches though, & l am sure u know, it is all about adding value when commenting. If u r just using it to post a link & not adding value to the conversation, few people will likely let u comment, or wo not approve them.

l used this to good effect recently when l purchased a brand new domain & using this as part of the strategy, managed to get a page rank 4 in only 22 days for my domain.

l put this down to comment kuhuna.

Another great method l find to so a similar thing is to first install the free search status plugin for Firefox, & then visit wordpress.com

e.g. wordpress.com/tags/your-keyword

For example wordpress.com/tags/law-of-attraction

Have a look down the bottom right of the browser after installing the above plugin & it tells u the page rank.

The tags page has a page rank of 5 so it tells u many websites r linking here.

Then just visit all the blogs & comment, l had great success with it.

Continue doing it with all ur keywords.

wordpress.com is also great to use as a free blog where u just link back to ur website with a post.

I've had great traffic from this.
