Two ways:

1 - Use eBay Marketplace Research http://pages.ebay.com/marketplace_research/ to check average selling prices, etc. But there is a fee for use of this

2 - Go to Advanced Search then check on COMPLETED LISTINGS. That will show you items similar to yours that ended in the last 3 months and you can see how many items closed with a bid and how many items remain unsold
