Here is what l would do first. Identify ur biggest clients or ur dream 100 clients. I'd target them some how either in person or mail.

Have u identified the demand for a car service? And why would people choose yours over another? You need to answer that question.

You want to partner with people. Partner with other websites like local hotels, clubs, restaurants, valets, museums, real estate agents, etc. Give some free rides away to owners & executives.
