l am in the beginning of starting my own business which in details in part our customers sending text messages to their customers. We do not want these messages to be considered Spam or be charged at Premium Text Message rates. l have been told l either need to rent or buy a license from the cell phone carriers to make these messages be charged at Standard Text Message rates. Although, l am having trouble figuring out how to do this. Can any lend some help? Thank you in advance.

You have 3 options:
1. Spend thousands of dollars to get ur own Short Code Number (CSC), (5 or 6 digit number) & create ur own program.
2. Go thru a CSC text sevice company & pay by the package (so many messages for so much cost).
3. Use a service called 4TEXT that avoids the whole CSC system & has programs with unlimited usage for one cost.
