l need some ideas on what kind of games l can use to help promote sales of certain items in my store.l want my staff to begin actually wanting to sell items.l wanna think of something that will actually make the associates feel like promoting our services (dog training).We have tried giving out pop and candy and that is not working.l don;t wanna do anything too expensive because l still have a budget to work with, but l need some advise!

You can not give people soda and candy it is not 5th grade anymore. What always works with human nature is the want to be better than the others. Think ''employee of the week or month'' maybe give a certain parking spot up front to the top sales person or their name with picture on the wall or possibly a ranking list of all the top sales people. Do not go amway on them just make it fun and make it seem important.
